Carol J. Davey, 62, Sauk Rapids

Memorial services will be at 11:00 a.m. Tuesday, April 18, 2017 at Good Shepherd Lutheran Home Chapel, Sauk Rapids for Carol J. Davey, age, 62 who passed away peacefully at Quiet Oaks Hospice in St. Cloud on April 13, 2017. Visitation will be one hour prior to the services on Tuesday at the Good Shepherd Lutheran Home Chapel. Arrangements have been entrusted to Williams Dingmann Family Funeral Home, Sauk Rapids.

Carol was born April 23, 1954 in Pine City to Clarence “Manford” and Ruth (Norway) Lamb. She married Jim Davey in Hinkley in 1974; the couple had two children and later divorced. Carol has lived in various states and communities across the United States. She worked as an office manager for various companies. Carol is a member of Shepherd of the Pines in Rice. She enjoyed rubber stamping, making cards for family and friends, reading, computers, and caring for her kitty “Cody” and bird “Ricky.” Carol was kind, gentle, and forever giving; she will be dearly missed by all who knew her.

Carol is survived by her children, Jason (Aubrey) of Panama City, FL, Jocelyn of Blytheville, AR; father of her children, Jim Davey of Panama City, FL; grandchildren, Jaszmyn, Kaia, Cadence; siblings, Elaine Murray of Forest Lake, Gary (Helen) Lamb of Wyoming, MN; and many nieces, nephews, and close friends.

She was preceded in death by her parents; and life partner, Eugene Tadych.

Memorials are preferred to Multiple Sclerosis Society MN State Chapter or Quiet Oaks Hospice House.
