Car Runs Through Front Window At Cold Spring Bakery Connection

WAITE PARK - A damaged front window isn't stopping the Cold Spring Bakery Connection in Waite Park from celebrating their grand opening.

Owner Lynn Schurmann says they're serving free cake and coffee today (Friday) from 11:00 a.m. until 1:00 p.m.

One of the front windows has been boarded-up after a car rammed into the building on Wednesday afternoon.

Waite Park police say the driver had her foot slip off the brake.
