Car Crash Leads to Traffic Delays on Division Street [PHOTOS]

ST. CLOUD -- St. Cloud Police and St. Cloud Fire Departments are at the scene of a car crash at the intersection of West Division Street and 33rd Avenue North.

The crash has backed up traffic in all directions.
