Candidates for Sauk Rapids Council Seat to be Interviewed Tonight

SAUK RAPIDS - Candidates interested in filling a soon-to-be vacant Sauk Rapids Council seat will be interviewed this (Monday) evening.

The vacancy is because current council member Brad Gunderson will become the city's next Mayor next week.

A total of fifteen people applied for the job, the field has been whittled down to six, they are: Joe Foster, Carol Freihammer, Hailey Harren, Kurt Hunstiger, Bryan Kosidowski, and Jeremey Stockinger.

The new Sauk Rapids City Council hopes to pick one of those six at their next council meeting next Monday, January 14th.
