BROWERVILLE (AP) — A Browerville man who wasn’t wearing a helmet has suffered a head injury after the all-terrain vehicle he was driving this weekend spun out of control and rolled.

Forty-nine-year-old Gary Michael Polak was driving alone in Browerville on Saturday when he lost control.

The Todd County sheriff’s office says Polak sustained a head injury. He was airlifted to St. Cloud Hospital, where a nursing supervisor said he was in fair condition Sunday.
