Bridge Reconstruction to Close Morrison County Highway

RANDALL -- Bridge construction in Morrison County will prompt a major detour in Morrison County starting Monday.

Work on the Highway 1 bridge over the Crow Wing River will require motorists to take an alternate route totaling 22 miles. Highway 1 connects Randall to Pillager and will be closed at the bridge for 30 days.

The detour will be via Highway 28, to Highway 10 to Highway 210.

You're asked to plan an alternate route to avoid the lengthy detour if possible.

Deck repair and slope maintenance will be performed during the closure.
