Boys And Girls Club Selects Youth Of The Year

ST. CLOUD -- A member of the Roosevelt Boys and Girls Club is this year's Central Minnesota Boys and Girls Club Youth of the Year Award.

Lee Nguyen was chosen by a panel of judges on Saturday.

He will graduate from high school in 2012, and plans to attend St. Cloud State University for a degree in business management. He volunteers at the Tri-County Humane Society and the St. Cloud VA Healthcare System.

Along with the local award, Nguyen gets $2,500 in scholarship money.

He will now compete for the state title in May.
