Bowlus Woman Hurt in Morrison County Crash

SWANVILLE TOWNSHIP -- A Bowlus woman is hurt after authorities say she failed to yield and was struck by another vehicle Wednesday morning.

The Morrison County Sheriff's Office says 22-year-old Ashley Mann was heading south on Dove Road in Swanville Township when she failed to yield at Cable Road. A box truck driven by 46-year-old Chad Beste of Sauk Centre was heading east on Cable Road and struck Mann's car.

The car went off the road and damaged a light pole.

Mann was taken to the hospital in Little Falls and was later transferred to St. Cloud Hospital with unknown injuries. Beste was not hurt.

The crash happened at about 9:15 a.m.
