Body Found In Pond Is Youth Basketball Coach

SAVAGE (AP) - Police say the body found in a holding pond in Savage is that of a Lakeville youth basketball coach.

The Hennepin County Medical Examiner has identified the body as that of 39-year-old Martise Windom. He had been missing since Nov. 7 when he was last seen leaving his home. The body was found Friday near a Target store in Savage.

The state Bureau of Criminal Apprehension is assisting in the investigation.
