Board Approves Contract of Assisant Superintendent

ST. CLOUD -- The St. Cloud area school board approved a one year contract for the assistant superintendent, Diane Moeller.

As part of the contract, Moeller will take a one year leave of absence from her post as principal of Kennedy Elementary.

The assistant superintendent will make a total of $123,000 next year, with a chance of earning an extra 2% performance bonus.

Moeller will be required to work 240 days, with an allowance of 14 paid holidays and 15 days of paid vacation.

The new contract will run from July 1st, 2013 to June 30th, 2014.

The board unanimously approved the measure Thursday night after a recommendation from the Negotiations Committee.
