Blue Sox 11AAA Take 4th in Global World Series

The St. Cloud Blue Sox youth baseball 11AAA team lost 9-4 in the 3rd place game to the Rocky Mountain Hit Club in the West Coast World Series in Aurora, Colorado.  The Blue Sox tied the game 4 in the 5th inning but allowed 5 runs in the 6th inning to lose.

The Blue Sox finished the tournament 3-5 and were 4th among 10 teams in the tournament.  The Blue Sox played 57 games this season and won more than 40 of them.

The 11AAA Blue Sox roster includes Jackson Bastian-Jangula, Nick Schaefer, Drew Gustafson, Brady Posch, Cole Fuecker, Jack Hennemann, Eric Faust, Adam Olson, Evan Gertken, Tate Caldwell, Ethan Hylla, and Matt Schmitt.  The coaches are Dan Schaefer, Troy Olson and Jay Caldwell.
