Blazers Lose to St. Mary’s

The St. Ben's basketball team lost 54-50 to St. Mary's in Winona Monday night.  St. Ben's led by 4 points with 1 minute left but couldn't hold the lead.  Whitney Canton had 17 points and Brianna Barrett added 10 points for St. Ben's.  The Blazers shot 38 percent from the field and were outrebounded 40-31.

St. Ben's is 1-2 in the MIAC and 4-2 overall.  The Blazers host St. Catherine at 7:30 Wednesday night.
