Tim Kowal of Minnesota Waterfowl will be filling in for Jerry Carlson to go in the outdoors.  He'll talk about ice fishing and an update on waterfowl numbers.  Sheldon Gertken of U.S. Fish and Wildlife Service will join in the conversation as well.
