Bill Bard Appointed To Sauk Rapids City Council

SAUK RAPIDS - The new Sauk Rapids City Council member is Bill Bard.  He was appointed to the council on a 3-1 vote, during Monday night's council meeting.  The lone council member voting again Bard was Paul Weber.

Bard will fill the seat on the council until November of 2012, when that seat is up for election.

There were a total of 11 people who applied for the open position.
