Big Lake Man Hurt In Crash

A Big Lake man was hospitalized Saturday when his car went into the median on County Road 75 East of County Road 2 in Saint Joseph.
33-year old Terry Spinks lost control of his vehicle which struck several signposts. One of those signs went into oncoming traffic where a vehicle driven by 48-year old Debora Jean Maguire of Grey Eagle ran over it causing extensive damage.
Maguire was not hurt but both vehicles needed to be towed from the scene. Spinks was treated at the scene for his injuries by St. Joseph Rescue and transported to Saint Cloud Hospital. His condition wasn’t immediately available. The accident is under investigation by the Stearns County Sheriff’s Department.
