Big Lake Man Hurt After Driving into a Power Pole

MORRILL -- One person is hurt after hitting a power pole near Morrill early this (Monday) morning.

The incident happened at about 1:00 a.m. near the intersection of 93rd Street and 345th Avenue in Morrill Township.

The Morrison County Sheriff's Office says 20-year-old Vincent Poff, of Big Lake, was traveling on 93rd Street when he swerved to miss a deer, went into the ditch and struck a power pole.

Poff was treated at the scene for his injuries.
