BEMIDJI (AP) - Firefighters contained a dining hall blaze at a bible camp in Bemidji before it spread to other buildings.

The fire Wednesday afternoon raced through the dining hall at Oak Hills Bible Camp. Officials believe it may have started in the kitchen.

The camp is owned by Oak Hills Christian College. Vice president Carol Nelson says no one was in the building at the time of the fire.

A fishing retreat had just wrapped up Wednesday and another retreat was scheduled for this weekend.
