FOLEY - In the wake of yesterday's (Tuesday) river rescue, the Benton County Sheriff's Office is warning you of the dangers of high water.

They are requesting boaters use caution on all waterways.

Due to recent rains, local rivers and streams are flowing at a high volume.

Also, the high water on area lakes can cause damage to shoreline. You're asked to use courtesy when boating on area lakes and reduce or eliminate your boat wake.
