FOLEY - The issue over what to do about Foley's policing needs is on a couple of agendas tomorrow (Tuesday).

Interim City Administrator Sarah Brunn says the city council will be discussing what options are still available to them.  They include going ahead with hiring a private security company, reestabilishing a police department, and negotiating a new contract with Benton County.

The council meeting starts at 5:00 p.m., but because of the Caucuses, they have to adjourn by 6:00 p.m. so they may not be able to make any final decisions.

Meanwhile, by the time they meet, they might have an indication on how Benton County officials feel about the issue.  The Board of Commissioners meet tomorrow morning, and are expected to consider a request from the city for a face-to-face meeting sometime later this month.

The Board meets at 9:00 a.m. tomorrow.
