Believers of Ghosts, Aliens and Big Foot to Gather at 2016 ParaCon

MAHNOMEN -- Paranormal investigators, UFO enthusiasts and big foot hunters are all invited to this year's 6th annual Paranormal Convention (Paracon).

Paracon will once again be hosted at the Shooting Star Casino in Mahnomen. The event begins Friday and goes through Saturday.

This year's special guests include Michael Cudlitz from AMC's "The Walking Dead" and Zak Bagan, Aaron Goodwin and Bill Tolley from Travel Channel's "Ghost Adventures."

Shooting Star Casino, Entertainment Manager, Bob Stevens says it's always a challenge to get special guests to the event.

"We have been trying to get a lot different people from The Walking Dead show in here, they're a little more difficult. About the same time we are doing these conventions they are doing a premiere for their show."

Some of the world's top paranormal experts will speaking at the convention including Chris Fleming from A&E's "Psychic Kids: Children and the Paranormal" and Grant Wilson, Steve Gonsalves, Dave Tango, KJ McCormick, and Dustin Pari from SyFy's "Ghost Hunters" and "Ghost Hunters International."

Stevens says this year will include UFO experts and big foot experts.
