Becker Man Gets 5 Year Prison Sentence for Having Child Pornography

ELK RIVER - A Becker man will spend the next five years in prison after pleading guilty of having child pornography.

Twenty-nine year old Gregory Shartle was sentenced yesterday (Monday) in Sherburne County Court.  He's being brought to the St. Cloud Prison today (Tuesday).

In October Shartle plead guilty to three counts of dissemination of pornographic work, and two counts of possession of pornographic work.

He was arrested in May of last year.
