MINNEAPOLIS - The Becker girls basketball team won their Class "AAA" state tournament quarterfinal game today (Wednesday). They beat the #3 seeded St. Paul Como Park 62-57 at Mariucci Arena.

Becker improves to 20-9 on the season.

Four players finished in double figures for Becker, led by senior Amanda Lindsay’s 18 points. Senior Alex Johnson added a massive double-double with 14 points and 18 rebounds while senior Alexa Hanowski chipped in 11 points and eight boards.

Becker advances to face #2 Winona (24-6) in the semifinals tomorrow (Thursday) at 2:00 p.m. at Williams Arena.
