Barths Buy D.B. Searles [AUDIO]
ST. CLOUD – D.B. Searles in downtown St. Cloud has been sold. Four members of the Barth family have bought the business.
The Barths already own the business next door, Pioneer Place on Fifth and the Veranda Lounge. Dan Barth says they’ll now be able to offer a restaurant and special events in the new space.

Barth says the main floor will still operate as a bar and will cater to business professionals, as well as the college community.
The Barths opened Pioneer Place on Fifth in 1998, and the Veranda Lounge in 2006.
The D.B. Searles building is one of the oldest, most historic buildings in town, dating back to 1886.
