ST. CLOUD - The Republican controlled House and Senate are considering putting a number of constitutional amendment questions on the November ballot.  However, Republican Representative King Banaian of St. Cloud is not so sure that's a good idea.

Banaian says he's signed on to a bill brought forward by a Democrat that would raise the bar for getting an amendment question on the ballot.

Banaian says he's heard of over 20 possible amendment questions under consideration in the State House and Senate.

The only question that's made it on the ballot so far is the marriage amendment.
