The Minnesota Golden Gopher Men’s Basketball team fell to the Wisconsin Badgers 78-70 on Thursday night. Minnesota is now 16-9 overall and 5-7 in Big Ten play.

Andre Hollins had a big game for the Gophers to keep it close, scoring 22 points on 6-12 shooting including 4-6  from three point range. Malik Smith connected on four three pointers, coming off the bench to score 14 points.

The Gophers have only six games left in the regular season beginning with a game at Northwestern on Sunday evening.
