WASHINGTON, D.C. -- The clock is ticking towards a federal government shutdown.  If that happens later today (Friday), Sixth District Congresswoman Michele Bachmann says she'll refuse her paycheck.

While most government workers won't be paid, members of Congress and President still receive their paychecks.  Bachmann says she'll donate her pay to a non-profit organization serving the military.

Midnight tonight is when the latest stop-gap measure expires.
