Avon Kicking Off 24th Annual Spunktacular Days [PHOTOS]

AVON - The 24th annual Spunktacular Days in Avon kicked off on Friday night.

Fridays events take place in the Lions Park located at 140 Dolphin Avenue Northeast. Live music will be provided by local group Diamondback from 8:30 p.m. until 12:30 a.m.

A food court and beer gardens will be open. Paintball games will also be open at the event.

The Spunktacular Days continue on Saturday with the 3rd annual Lady Slipper Nature Ride on the Lake Wobegon Trail and a 5k and 1k run/walk event at Middle Spunk Beach. The 5k race will start at 8:00 a.m. with proceeds going towards the Avon Fire Department.

A craft fair will also be held on Saturday from 9:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m. at Lions Park.
