Authorities Searching For Missing 22-Year-Old Sawyer Man

SAWYER -- The Fond du Lac Tribal Police Department is searching for a missing 22-year-old man.

Authorities say Michial David Annamitta Jr. was last seen on November 23rd at the Sawyer Store near Duluth.

Police say they are concerned for his welfare because it's unusual for him to not make contact with his family.

Annamitta had been staying at a home Sawyer and made mention of him going to the Minneapolis area. Authorities say he has a history of mental health problems and is known to abuse alcohol.

Annamitta is described as a Native American male about five feet and nine inches tall. He's believed to weigh about 150 pounds, with black hair and brown eyes with glasses.
