The Sheriff’s Department says the man is 43-year-old Timothy Richard Larson of Albertville.

81-year-old Delbert Huber of rural Paynesville called the sheriff’s office Saturday to say that he shot and killed a man following an argument. Officers arrived at a home in Burbank Township and found Larson dead from an apparent gun shot wound.
