The Minnesota Wild's slump has officially become a skid after a lopsided 7-2 loss at Pittsburgh Tuesday night. The Wild fall below .500 with the loss (18-19-5), which was its sixth straight and 12th in 14 games.
Mo Williams scored a career-high 52 points to lead Minnesota to the win. The 52 points are also the most scored by any player in the NBA this season. Williams shot 19-33 from the floor including 6-11 from three point range while still dishing out seven assists in the win.
The Tech Tigers came back to beat the Sauk Rapids-Rice Storm 67-65 Tuesday night in Sauk Rapids. Jake Mussman caught fire in the second half for the Tigers to help them to the win, which improved tech to 6-8 on the season and 6-2 in the Central Lakes Conference. The Tigers host Alexandria on Thursday night.
