Mentor Program For Struggling Students Coming to District 742
Governor Mark Dayton signed a budget bill last month that included money to help at-risk students in the St. Cloud area school district. $1.5 million was signed into law for the Sanneh Foundation, a nonprofit that supports students who are at risk of dropping out or failing to graduate.

Some of us had a chance to build a bird house in our high school tech-ed class....A group of Tech students recently outdid this (a lot) by building an entire house. 15 Tech juniors and seniors have been working on the house since last September in partnership with Habitat for Humanity.

Sculptures Are Popping Up Around St. Cloud
You may have recently noticed a new sculpture while walking around Lake George. The "Hey Mary Lou!" statue is on the east shore of Lake George, north of the boat house, and it's part of a larger display, a one year Sculpture Walk that's coming to St. Cloud.
