I was born and raised in central Minnesota, just down Interstate 94 in Melrose. I attended St. Cloud State University for both my undergraduate and graduate degrees, majoring in Mass Communication and Political Science. I served as News Director for 88.1 FM KVSC St. Cloud during my time as a grad student. I spent a summer working for Radio America in Arlington, Virginia. While in the Washington, D.C. area, I covered national stories and served as a man-on-the-street reporter for a nationally syndicated program. A fun fact very few know about me is that my first radio experience came on live Polish radio while studying abroad. Outside of news, I am a huge Minnesota sports fan. I feel that it’s always a good day when the Packers aren’t winning. I am an avid reader and slowly growing a library of my own. You will likely see me working out or attending SCSU hockey games.
