FRIDLEY (AP) - A relative says a 2-year-old boy who survived a high-speed crash that killed his parents in Anoka County will live with his grandmother.

Wilbur and Patrice Hooks, of Crystal, were killed when their car hit the back of a semitrailer Friday night on Interstate 694 in Fridley. Witnesses told the Minnesota State Patrol the car was speeding and made no attempt to stop before hitting the semi.

Patrice Hooks' aunt, Brenda Hunter, says the couple had just purchased the vehicle. She says the couple and their son, Bishop Hooks, recently moved to an apartment in Crystal with Patrice's mother, Patricia Jackson. Hunter says Jackson will care for her grandson.
