ST. PAUL, Minn. (AP) _ Attorneys for a Minnesota officer who fatally shot a
black man are asking that he be allowed to act out the shooting during his
trial.

Attorneys for St. Anthony Officer Jeronimo Yanez filed multiple documents in
advance of his manslaughter trial.

Among their requests, they want jurors to see the car Philando Castile was
driving when he was shot, and they want Yanez to recreate the scene for jurors
and explain his actions.

They also want to use Castile's arrest and driving record as evidence.

The defense also wants to use content from Diamond Reynolds' Facebook page. She
was Castile's girlfriend who was in the car and live-streamed the aftermath of
the shooting on Facebook.

The state could argue against these requests.

Castile was shot July 6 in Falcon Heights.
