ST. CLOUD -- From beautiful scenery to wonderful handcrafted goods, you can find it all at the annual "Art Fair in the Gardens."

The free event has everything from pottery, woodwork, jewelry, painting, stained glass and more for all types of art lovers.

Claudia Forsberg is a local artist from Monticello, who specializes in functional pottery.

"Functional Pottery would be pottery you cook in. You could use it in your oven, microwave, dishwasher and it's all safe to put food in."

Forsberg's love for pottery started in college and quickly grew into her hobby. Her advise to new artists is to keep some of your first pieces of work.

"These pieces you make today, will become heirloom in your home. Hold on to them, keep them in your family and pass them down."

If you're not a fan of art the event offers live music and food vendors as well. Art Fair in the Gardens runs until 7:00 p.m. Thursday at Munsinger Clemens Gardens.
