ST. CLOUD -- The Stearns County Attorney's Office has been granted an arrest warrant for a St. Joseph teenager who escaped an out of home placement facility in Prairie Lakes.

Stearns County court records show 17-year-old Ebin Bergerson has been charged with seven felony counts relating to child pornography. The teen is charged with three counts of disseminating child pornography and four counts of possessing child pornography.

According to a juvenile delinquency petition, The Minnesota Bureau of Criminal Apprehension alerted Stearns County authorities about child pornography being uploaded at an IP address where Bergerson was living. A search warrant turned up more than 300 images on a laptop computer and Bergerson's cell phone. He is also accused of sharing photos through email.

Records show Bergerson admitted to investigators he had downloaded child porn in the past.

Bergerson's wherabouts are unknown and Stearns County authorities have filed a petition to try him as an adult.
