Area Events Planned for St. Patrick’s Day Weekend

UNDATED - This is a big weekend for people who are Irish, and many others.  Here's a look at some of the big events planned this weekend for St. Patrick's Day.

The St. Patrick's Day parade in Marty is just in it's fifth year, but its quickly become one of the top places to be to celebrate the holiday.  The Pearl Lake Lodge in Marty hosts the event, which is scheduled to start at 1:00 p.m. tomorrow (Saturday).

Jimmy's Pour House in Sauk Rapids is hosting a two-day event under a big heated tent.  Live music starts at 5:00 p.m. tomorrow (Saturday), and 10:00 a.m. on Sunday.

The Paramount Theater in downtown St. Cloud is hosting the band Ring of Kerry for their annual St. Paddy's Day concert, with the St. Paul Irish Dancers.  That show begins at 7:30 p.m. tomorrow (Saturday).
