Applications for Heating Assistance Now Being Accepted in central Minnesota [AUDIO]

ST. CLOUD – The air is cooling and the cost of home heat is fast becoming a concern for many families.
The Tri-County Action Program, or Tri-CAP, is now accepting applications for the Home Energy Assistance Program. It’s a need-based grant arrangement that helps low-income households pay their energy bills.
Dona Ramler is the Director of Community Services with Tri-CAP. She says the program is vital due to high need.

Ramler says Tri-CAP will be accepting applications for assistance until May 31st, 2012, and you can find out more by visiting their website.
