ST. CLOUD -- Friday night football holds a big cross town rivalry game with the St. Cloud Apollo Eagles hosting the St. Cloud Tech Tigers.

Both teams defense showed up to play with neither team getting anything done in the first as the score would end 0-0.

Then three minutes into the second quarter, Tech quarterback Bryant Bohlig would find Jake Martig for a 17 yard touchdown pass that would put the Tigers up 6-0.

That's how the score would end at the half.

Into the second half things would get interesting as both teams were forced to the locker room to wait out a rain delay. The game would resume about an hour later.

However, the delay did not slow down the Apollo Eagles who would score 21 unanswered points, including a 24 yard run by Kyle Rosenthal.

Apollo would win this match up 21-6. They will face the Sartell Sabres next week.
