Annella M. Schwartz, 78, St. Cloud

July 27, 1936 - January 19, 2015

Mass of Christian Burial will be held at 10:00 a.m. on Saturday, January 24, 2015 at St. Peter’s Catholic Church in St. Cloud, for Annella M. Schwartz, age 78, of St. Cloud who passed away on Monday, January 19, 2015 at Quiet Oaks Hospice House with her family by her side. Reverend LeRoy Scheierl will officiate. Entombment will take place in Assumption Cemetery Mausoleum in St. Cloud.

Family and friends may call from 4:00 p.m. until 8:00 p.m. on Friday with parish prayers at 6:30 p.m. at the Daniel Funeral Home in St. Cloud. Visitation will continue after 9:00 a.m. on Saturday at the church.

Annella M. Lehmeier was born July 27, 1936 in St. Cloud to the late Joseph and Alma (Reichert) Lehmeier. She married Clarence Schwartz on April 23, 1957 in St. Mary’s Cathedral in St. Cloud. Annella was a life-long resident of St. Cloud. She loved showing hospitality and compassion through cooking, baking and sending cards to her family and friends. Annella provided child care for many years. She was a member of St. Peter’s Catholic Church and an Auxiliary member of the Legion of Mary.

Annella is survived by her husband; Clarence; her children, Joanne (Jim) Eisenbraun of River Falls, Wi, Dave (Jami) Schwartz of Monticello, Karen (Phil) Bauer of St. Cloud, Kathy (Jim) Hasslen of Ortonville, and Randy (Maureen) Schwartz of Sauk Rapids; 13 grandchildren; five great grandchildren; sister and brother, Carol (Robert) Stip and Joseph (Rita) Lehmeier of St. Cloud; and many nieces and nephews.

She was preceded in death by her parents; her sisters, Jeanette Broda, Irene Roske, Ida Schultz and Bernice Schraut.
