Anna M. Jost, 84, St. Cloud

November 7, 1931 - March 9, 2016

Mass of Christian Burial will be at 10:00 AM on Friday, March 11, at St. Anthony’s Catholic Church in St. Cloud for Anna M. Jost, 84, of St. Cloud, who died March 9, 2016. Burial will be at the Minnesota State Veterans Cemetery in Little Falls.

Visitation will be from 4:00-8:00 PM on Thursday (TODAY) at the Daniel Funeral Home in St. Cloud, and from 9:00-10:00 AM on Friday at St. Anthony’s Catholic Church. Parish Prayers will be at 5:00 PM on Thursday at the Daniel Funeral Home.

Anna was born on November 7, 1931, in Melrose, to Edward and Angeline (Hertzog) Wessel. She graduated from Melrose High School in 1949. She married Norbert Jost on June 19, 1954 in Melrose. Anna Mae loved music, dancing, and water-skiing. She loved to play cards and was a great poker player.

Anna is survived by: husband Norbert; children Norbert, Jr. (Lou Ann) of Richmond, Mary Beth Sebas of Fairmont, Lisa Jost of Maple Plain, Lori Jost of Venice, FL; grandchildren: Christopher, Maria and Katie Sebas; brothers and sisters Ralph Wessel, and Arlene Nierman.

She was preceded in death by her parents, and sister Marie Mehr.
