Anna Emma Snow, age 81, of Princeton, passed away on Wednesday, November 4, 2015 at the Princeton Elim Home.

Anna was born November 29, 1933 to Henry and Henrietta (Zirott) Brinkman in Princeton, MN. She grew up in Princeton and graduated from Princeton High School. On April 23, 1953, she was united in marriage to Marvin Lester Snow in Elk River.

Anna worked various jobs throughout her life in the Princeton area, including selling Avon, telemarketing for QVC, an aide at the Hospital and the School, Fingerhut and Ben Franklin. She was a lifetime member of Immanuel Lutheran Church, loved volunteering at the Princeton Library, helping with the 4-H program, foreign exchange program and the Legion Auxiliary. She was also active in the “33ers” club where she had many pen pals who were also born in the year 1933. She loved to travel and visit her pen-pals and make new friends. She loved doing arts and crafts, sewing, embroidering, quilting and crocheting. Her number one favorite hobby was shopping for clothes and fabric. Her family was dearly important to her and enjoyed celebrating birthdays. She will be missed.

Anna is survived by her children, David (Carol), Donald (Ronda), Dennis (Lois) all of Princeton, Daryl (Marie Anderson) of Mankato, Helen Durant of Princeton, Marina Ahart of W. St. Paul and Teresa Ott of Princeton; 16 grandchildren; 20 great-grandchildren and one great-great grandchild.

She is preceded in death by her parents; husband Marvin; grandson Daniel Snow; and son-in-law Darwin Durant.

A Funeral Service will be held at 11:00 AM on Saturday, November 14, 2015 at Immanuel Lutheran Church in Princeton. Visitation will be one hour prior to the service. Interment will be in Immanuel Lutheran Cemetery in Princeton. Arrangements have been entrusted to Williams Dingmann Family Funeral Home, Princeton.

Memorials are preferred to the Princeton Community Library.
