Andy went to meet his Savior on July 21, 2014 at the Foley Nursing Center at the age of 95 years, 4 months and 15 days.

Andy Enoch Jenson was born March 6, 1919, the 3rd of 14 children of Hjalmer and Helen (Howard) Jenson. Andy attended country school to the 7th grade. He helped his parents on the farm until he married Dorothy Anderson on May 2. To this union 7 children were born.

Andy was a long time resident of Benton County. He farmed and worked construction. He worked for various companies, the longest 18 years for Barbarossa & Son. Co. as a heavy equipment operator.

Andy was a member of the Santiago Lions Club where he was member of the year. He was a member of Glendorado Country Church. Andy also served on the Glendorado Town board.

His hobbies were farming, woodworking, fishing and hunting. After retirement he enjoyed gardening all summer.

Andy is survived by his children, Bill (Sandra), Barbara Hall and her friend Michael, Curtis (Betty), Kermit (Chandler); daughter-in-law, Gwen Jenson; numerous grandchildren, great-grandchildren and great-great grandchildren; 5 brothers and 2 sisters; along with many nieces, nephews, other relatives and their families.

He was preceded in death by an infant daughter; wife Dorothy in 2006; son Wes in 2006; son Walt in 2012; grandsons Tony and Christopher, parents Hjalmer and Helen; and siblings, Clifford, James, Daniel, Marjorie, Annabelle and Hilda.

His greatest concern in life was that his family accept Christ as their Savior so we could all be together.
