ST. CLOUD -- Gambling organizations and local bar owners gathered at the St. Cloud Eagles Club Thursday to learn more about electronic gambling.

One of the biggest questions was regarding funding for the Vikings Stadium. Allied Charities is an organization that works with licensed gambling in Minnesota.

Executive Director Al Lund says, money from charities missions will not fund the stadium.

Minnesota is the first in the country to have electronic pulltabs. The electronic system works similar to the paper pulltabs.

Lund says if you know how to work your cell phone you'll be able to learn the new system.

Thursday's event was a way for people to ask questions about the new system and the process of getting involved without feeling pressure to make the switch.
