Alison K. Reiners, 40, Big Lake

February 17, 1974 - February 7, 2015

Mass of Christian Burial will be 10:30 a.m. Wednesday, February 11, 2015 at St. Marcus Catholic Church in Clear Lake for Alison K. Reiners, age 40, who passed away Saturday. Rev. Virgil Helmin will officiate and burial will be in the parish cemetery. Visitation will be from 4-7 p.m. Tuesday at St. Marcus Catholic Church in Clear Lake and one hour prior to the services Wednesday also at the church. Parish prayers will be at 7:00 p.m. Tuesday at the church. Arrangements have been entrusted to Williams Dingmann Family Funeral Home, Clear Lake.

Alison was born Feb. 17, 1974 in Minneapolis to James & Laurian (Omburg) Reiners. She worked at Options in Big Lake for 19 years and also at Xcel in Monticello. She was a member of St. Marcus Catholic Church. Alison loved horses, animals, traveling, spending time at the cabin, and camping trips on the North Shore. She had a great sense of humor and was passionate about helping others who were disabled. Most importantly she lived life to the fullest and enjoyed spending time with her family.

Survivors include her parents, Jim & Laurian of Clear Lake; brother and sister, Ben (Tami) of Otsego and Terri (Stewart) Torrevell of Manchester, England; and niece and nephews, Donovan, Max and Macey. Alison was preceded in death by her maternal and paternal grandparents; aunt, Nadine; many aunts and uncles; and close friends at Options.

In lieu of flowers, memorials are preferred to Options in Big Lake.
