Albany Man Hurt After Motorcycle Crashes into Ditch

ALBANY -- An Albany man was hurt after he crashed his motorcycle into the ditch last night (Wednesday).

The crash happened at about 5:30 p.m. on County Road 156 near 330th Street in Albany Township.

23-year-old Tyler Hopper was driving southbound on County Road 156, when he lost control on a curve and drove into the ditch.

He was in chest high water for several minutes.

Hopper was taken to St. Cloud Hospital to be treated for his injuries.

The Stearns County Sheriff's Office says the crash was reported by a passerby who saw the motorcycle drive off the road.
