AIDS Event Planned for St. Cloud

ST. CLOUD - An event to honor victims of AIDS is being held in St. Cloud tonight (Thursday).

The Rural AIDS Action Network is hosting a Commemorative Service at their office at 300 East St. Germain Street at 5:00 p.m.  There will be a brief video and a time to remember friends and family who have died of AIDS.

According to the State Health Department, there are 6,800 people known to be living with HIV/AIDS in the state.
