Access Changes Planned for Highway 23 in Foley

FOLEY -- Work on the Highway 23 project between St. Cloud and Foley will prompt a change in the way motorists access Benton County Road 4. Weather permitting, that access will change either tomorrow or Friday.

You will now be required to access County Road 4 via Highway 25 and Glenn Street.

Meanwhile, work on the east end of that project will begin next week. New pavement and pedestrian access will be built from 1st Avenue West to the east limits of the project.
