UNDATED -- ABC News projects Minnesota's 10 electoral votes will got to President Obama.

With 23% of the precincts counted in Minnesota, President Obama led Mitt Romney 52% to 46%.

Minnesota was largely ignored by candidates until the past two weeks when internal polls apparently signaled a tightening in the race.

Both Republican Vice Presidential candidate Paul Ryan and former Democratic President Bill Clinton campaigned in Minnesota.

Clinton spoke at St. Cloud State University just two days ago.
