UNDATED -- ABC News projects Minnesota's 10 electoral votes will got to President Obama.

With 23% of the precincts counted in Minnesota, President Obama led Mitt Romney 52% to 46%.

Both Republican Vice Presidential candidate Paul Ryan and former Democratic President Bill Clinton campaigned in Minnesota.

Clinton spoke at St. Cloud State University just two days ago.
