A 48-Year-Old Man Allegedly Threatens To Kill Woman With Hammer

ST. CLOUD -- A 48-year-old man is facing multiple charges after he allegedly  threatened to kill a woman with a hammer last Sunday.

The St. Cloud Police Department says the incident happened around 7:35 p.m. in the 700 block of St. Germain Street East. The 37-year-old victim told officers that Reginald Smith had thrown her to the ground and then threatened her with a knife.

Smith was arrested Sunday afternoon at the police department without incident. He is facing charges of second degree assault, fifth degree assault, terroristic threats and criminal damage to property.
